The hotel was situated in a brilliant location, very central to everything you'd want to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! The breakfast was tasty and we loved that it got delivered to the room every morning :) the room had everything we needed and the complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch.

Loved how close the hotel was to the Grand Canal and water bus station. An easy walk to Piazza San Marco, St Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace, Rialto Bridge as well as the Esplanade along the Grand Canal. Room was good, plenty of space although a little awkward with large suitcases and the steps outside of the lift up to and in the room. Bathroom was a great size and towels were awesome. Bed was comfy and breakfast was very well done with lots of choices, either sent to your room or taken down in the bar area. Lovely gift from Management of Prosecco for two and fresh fruit upon checking in.

It was in a fantastic location - 1-2 minute walk from the Vaporetta stop (Giglio) & 7-10 mins easy walk to San Marco Square. Great location. The staff were amazing! Very genuine, very helpful & kind. Nothing was too much effort for them. The whole place was spotlessly clean from the entrance hall to our en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was lovely - choose the night before on a sheet & they either deliver it to your room (free room service) or you can eat in their bar area. Both are good options. Lots of choice on the menu from bacon & eggs to croissants, cheese, ham, toast, pancakes , yogurts. A kettle is provided in the room for tea & coffee (also provided). Although our room was small, we had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on. We arrived & found a big bottle of Prosecco gifted to us, & a big bowl of fruit! A great reception! :)

We stayed here in May 25. I had initially booked a package but the flights changed so had to find a new hotel. I chose this hotel due to its ratings and price. I hadn't realsied what a perfect location it was, in a wonderful square, next to the Grand Canal and a 5 minute walk to San Marco Basilica. The hotel itself was comfortable. Our room wasn't gian but we had a private balcony each morning where we enjoyed breakfast delivered to the room for no extra charge. We also received a welcome bottle of prosecco on ice when we checked in. Great touch. All staff were really friendly and helpful and fluent in English. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Great location, yummy breakfast that can be served in the room, clean, quiet which is unreal in Venice, helpful staff Shout out to Mattias for his help & making our stay enjoyable, provided us great customer service! Thanks Mattias for the 2 dinner restaurants that you recommended, it was awesome! Love VinoVino the best! Thanks for making sure that we got a Garden table!

The location is Brilliant! Everything seems 5 mins walk away and the Vaporette or Taxi boat to the Airport is 2 mins walk to/from the Hotel. Lovely restaurant just outside the Hotel too. Their Breakfast menu has good options and you can have breakfast in your room every morning should you wish to. The staff is very friendly and helpful, lovely people.

The location is great, right in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop with direct connection to the airport. The staff are absolutely fantastic and despite the number of tourists the deal with, they greet everyone with smile and are willing to help with everything they can. We were allowed to the room a bit earlier, and also we were allowed to keep luggage before check in and after check out. Breakfast is simple, but adequate and needs to be ordered the evening before with an option to have it in the room.

The outside of the hotel does not reflect the interior, which is superb. The room was a good size and decor lovely. When we entered the room, the first thing we saw was a big bowl of fruit. Then, the doorbell rang and we were presented with a bottle of Prosecco. The bathroom was beautiful - big marble spa bath (which my wife took full advantage of). The location was great - short walk up from the water taxi and not far from St Mark's square. Lots of dinner options nearby. The breakfast included was really nice - a good selection to have in our room or in the dining room.

Location was excellent for transport and for sightseeing with Piazza San Marco only 5 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. It was a bonus to have breakfast delivered to the room. Breakfast had a very large choice and was good quality. The management left a fruit bowl in our room free of charge so that was a nice touch. A very quiet hotel away from the noise of tourists.

Excellent locations. The room was far better than expected with great facilities including jacuzzi bathtub, mini bar (reasonably priced), TV that easily connected to Netflix, very large comfy bed and lots of closet space. The location was very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and served to the room at no additional expense.
